“I had an injury with my rotator cuff in June last year (2021) and was only allowed to do weights again from March this year (2022) after months of physio. Due to this injury I was a bit nervous starting weights again and knowing the correct technique to use when in the gym. From the start of my PT sessions to my last session i now feel confident within myself to train at the gym again. Fred showed me better ways to improve my cardio and the correct techniques when using weights. Fred is motivating me to give my all in our sessions".

"I started training with Fred back in April this year with the goal of getting as fit as possible for a cup final at Wembley in the middle of May. All of the sessions were tailored exactly as i needed them and my fitness and conditioning improved drastically in a short space of time. I remained a client of Fred’s for a further two  months to continue improving my fitness levels and also rehabbing on my shoulder which I have dislocated a number of times in the past.
